Navigation within the Terme Antica Querciolaia website is free and navigating does not require the communication of any personal data. No session or permanent cookies are registered in order to profile the client.The only data that is stored are those relative to the IP address, the type of browser used, the time of viewing and pages viewed, made available by the web server's log files.These data are used for the purpose of generating site consultancy statistics and cannot be associated by Terme Antica Querciolaia to the user's name or other personal data.
Submittal of personal data by navigators of the website is required in only two cases: 1. sending a request for information through the contact form; 2. signing in to the registered users page for the purpose of receiving the newsletter. In these cases, the user is required to read the following informative document and to grant data access permission as per art. 13 of the legislative decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196:

d) the data may be collected both by Terme Antica Querciolaia as well as by third parties expressly charged with such activity.
Regarding processing of the above-mentioned data, according to art. 7 of the aforementioned Leg. Decree 196/03, the web user has the right to obtain from Terme Antica Querciolaia:
a) confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/herself and the communication, in comprehensible form, of the data and their origin, as well as the logic on which processing is based;
b) cancellation, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
c) data updating, correction or, if of interest, integration.
The web user also the right to oppose, for legitimate purposes, data processing of personal data.
